TERMS & CONDITIONS
All ticket sales for Houston Rockets, Houston Texans, and Dallas Wings experiences are final and non-refundable. Tickets are subject to the specific terms set by the venue and the respective sports leagues. Jay On Top Enterprises acts as a concierge service, and access is contingent upon compliance with stadium security protocols and code of conduct policies. Resale of these exclusive experience tickets is strictly prohibited unless authorized.
Youth athletic development programs require a signed waiver from a legal guardian prior to participation. JOT Enterprises reserves the right to capture and use media from hosted experiences for promotional purposes. By engaging with our services, you agree to receive communications regarding your scheduling and upcoming sports entertainment opportunities. Experience access may be subject to change based on league scheduling and venue availability.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Custom experience packages must be finalized at least 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellations requested more than 30 days in advance may be eligible for a partial credit towards future experiences. Youth camp registrations are transferable but not refundable. JOT Enterprises is not responsible for weather-related postponements or league-mandated schedule shifts, though we will make every effort to accommodate re-booking where possible.
